Return Policy

1. You may return your item within 30days of delivery

2. items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at wolvezstore@outlook.com. We will do our best to accommodate any changes before your order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee any changes once the order is in the fulfilment process.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they've been placed, as our fulfilment process begins immediately. Please review your order carefully before submitting your purchase.

Once your order is shipped, it is the carrier's responsibility to deliver it to you. If your order is delayed or seems to be lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly, if there's an issue on our end, feel free to reach out to us, and we will help resolve it. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number to the email address you provided during checkout. You can us that tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment via the carrier website
